Battery Warranty
Alpha Source Inc. warrants solely to the purchasing party that the products sold by it shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship; when given normal, proper and intended usage, for the scope of the warranty granted to Alpha Source, Inc. and its customers by the applicable product manufacturer
- Lead Acid batteries: 16 month warranty after date of shipment
- Medical Grade Nicad batteries: 16 month warranty after date of shipment
- Hawker/Gates batteries: 12 month warranty after date of shipment
- X-Ray batteries and kits: 12 month warranty after date of shipment
- Non-rechargeable: Guaranteed to perform at rated capacity at time of delivery
Lamps Warranty
Alpha Source Inc. warrants solely to the purchasing party that the products sold by it shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship; when given normal, proper and intended usage, for the scope of the warranty granted to Alpha Source, Inc. and its customers by the applicable product manufacturer
- Compact Xenon lamps: 600 hours or one year from date of purchase, non-prorated warranty
- Other lamps: guaranteed to perform at time of delivery
All Other Products
Alpha Source Inc. warrants solely to the purchasing party that the products sold by it shall be free from defects in materials and workmanship; when given normal, proper and intended usage, for the scope of the warranty granted to Alpha Source, Inc. and its customers by the applicable product manufacturer.
Purchaser shall notify Alpha Source of any product that they believe to be defective. At Alpha Source’s option, such products shall be returned by Purchaser, transportation and insurance prepaid to Alpha Source. Based upon examination and testing by the applicable product manufacturer, Alpha Source shall repair or replace with a comparable product or issue an appropriate credit. In the event of a warranty adjustment, Alpha Source shall pay appropriate shipping charges, when applicable, to return product to the Purchaser.
Return Policy
Contact our customer service department to obtain prior approval and a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. No products will be accepted for return without an RGA number. Issuance of an RGA number does not acknowledge a product defect or authorize a credit. A product returned as defective, and is found not to be, will be returned to the customer. Products returned due to customer ordering errors may be subject to a 25% restocking charge.
