Returns require a Return Authorization Number. Where the return is neither defective merchandise nor an error made by Alpha Source, a restocking charge of 25% will apply.

Alpha Source will only accept items that are defective or incorrectly shipped. Alpha Source will not accept any returned items without an order Return Authorization Number. Please call Bill Carlson at 1-800-654-9845 ext 13 to get a Return Authorization Number.
Merchandise returned in un-saleable condition will be returned to the sender, at the sender's expense, and no credit will be issued.
NO cash refunds for returned merchandise.
