Alpha Source Selects Pilgrim Software as Compliance and Quality Solution Provider

Alpha Source has seleceted Pilgrim, Inc., a world-leading provider of Enterprise Compliance and Quality Management (ECQM) software solutions, as its solution provider to address its expanding operations and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance.

Alpha Source will implement Pilgrim’s SmartCAPA solution for CAPA management, SmartDoc for documentation handling, SmartTrain for employee training and qualification tracking, SmartComplaints for complaint handling, and SmartAudit for internal and external audit management.

Pilgrim’s automated management solutions will enhance the visibility of Alpha Source’s employee qualifications and training on SOPs and documentation procedures. Once implemented, those solutions also will lead to productivity gains earned through a reduction in manual labor processes. The company will then be in a better position to re-deploy staff to conduct proactive, value-added activities across the organization.

Alpha Source Rated As Top 20% Performer in Nationwide Survey
