Customer Service Representative

Type of employment: Full Time

Customer Service Rep - Healthcare Industry

Candidate would be a key member within our growing Customer Service Department and responsible for delivering superior customer service in a fast paced incoming call center environment.

CSR's will provide product information, research and solutions on medical instruments, repair parts, replacement batteries and supplies to hospital/medical accounts worldwide. Must have a minimum of 1+ years customer service or order entry experience. You are a reliable team player looking for a career path, have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with people. Proficient with web-based tools and Microsoft Office applications. Ability to complete special projects as assigned and develops strong relationships with other departments.

Business-to-Business CSR experience, healthcare industry or bilingual skills (Spanish/English) a plus.
